Turns a discovery call into structured notes, with the open questions listed separately.
/scope
Writes what is in, what is out, and what would change the price, from the discovery notes.
/statement-of-work
Builds the deliverables, dates and acceptance wording from the agreed scope.
/status-report
Writes the weekly status from your working notes: done, next, blocked, decisions needed.
/change-request
Compares a new ask against the signed scope and drafts the change note with a price.

The hard boundary
- Skills get no write access to your systems. They read what you hand them and draft text.
- Nothing is sent on your own behalf. No email leaves, no file is filed, no payment is taken. You press send.
- Your client data stays on your machine. The files are plain text in your own folders.
- You decide what is allowed to leave before you install. Every skill states what it reads and what it will not do.
