What each skill does
/listing-copy
Writes the listing description from the facts and your photo notes, in your wording, without the usual filler.
/showing-follow-up
Drafts the message that goes out after a showing, using what the buyer actually said.
/transaction-timeline
Builds the checklist with dates for a deal and flags what is due this week.
/seller-update
Writes the weekly seller note from showing feedback and activity, including the awkward ones.
/offer-summary
Turns an offer into a one-page comparison a client can read in two minutes.
+ 7 more, listed in the install guide. Two scheduled jobs: a Monday deal review and a Thursday open-house prep list.
The hard boundary
- Skills get no write access to your systems. They read what you hand them and draft text.
- Nothing is sent on your own behalf. No email leaves, no file is filed, no payment is taken. You press send.
- Your client data stays on your machine. The files are plain text in your own folders.
- You decide what is allowed to leave before you install. Every skill states what it reads and what it will not do.
What this pack does not doDoes not reach your listing service, does not do e-signature, and does not touch your brokerage systems.
What happens when it opensYou get an email with a private repository invite and a download link. One command installs the pack, which takes about ten minutes. How installing works
